Our Land Team
Lisa specializes as a Landman, leasing designated potential drilling units and most of the behind-the-scene numbers and spreadsheet work. She loves to spend time with her family, friends, and two rescue dogs, Callie and Mollie. She enjoys spending time outdoors, in the sun, on a boat, or on the ski slopes in the winter.
Sue is a seasoned genealogist with more than 30 years of experience in family history research and performs heirship work on tracts being drilled. She also enjoys traveling with her husband to national parks across America.
Natalie manages a variety of tasks, including day-to-day leasing operations, change of ownership issues, overseeing workers’ compensation claims, and various human resources topics. Natalie is a registered nurse and worked at WVU Hospitals in the Emergency Department prior to joining the Jay-Bee family. She loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and scuba diving.
Theresa has more than 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and specializes in leasing and right-of-way agreements. She will ensure you have the correct documentation on file and can assist you with transfer of ownership in the event you purchase an interest or a loved one passes. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, and spending time in her garden.

We started in 1982 as a father and son operation, maintaining drilling rigs in West Virginia. Over the years, we've significantly grown our operations and have made great advancements in drilling. Our teams' dedication and hard work has proven to owners time and time again that we're long term partners. We remain rooted in West Virginia and are proud to be family-owned and operated.
